Under Construction
Ernie Diaz man what a character. Ernie was born in Miami Dade, Florida (well to be more precise, in Jackson Memorial Hospital) on January 18 1994 making him a Capricorn. Don’t get things mistaken, he’s 100% Cuban. Don’t worry, you’ll get used to it. Now here’s the basic info so listen up. He’s 15. LOVES the game they call baseball or anything related to sports. Video game lover. Hip-hop fanatic. Shoe-head. Food, sleep, and broadcast. That’s right, it’s what he does. Ernie began his broadcast career in a small library in a school called Sylvania Heights Elementary. But the real passion came when he took his first step in front of the camera in 3rd grade and then having a full time shift as anchor in South Miami Middle school alongside fellow anchors Bernie Pla and Annie Mesa. And ever since then he’s been devoted to what he does. Ernie is currently South Miami Senior High’s sport’s anchor on the afternoon announcements working with 3 time emmy award winner, Rudy Diaz. I know, greatness runs in the name. Well if you have any questions for Ernie, make sure to email him at ediaz@smcobratv.com.
